    As Executive Vice President of Innovation, John is responsible for the overall coordination of our business and solution development. Prior to joining HighPoint, he served as the EVP and CTO at Alliance Consulting/Alliance Life Sciences Consulting Group where he oversaw the company’s transformation into a full-service consultancy. John has also previously held senior positions at PLATINUM Technology, Whittman-Hart, and Accenture’s FOUNDATION Software Organization. He received a B.S. from Duke University with a dual concentration in Computer Science and Economics.

  • Chris Colapietro

    Executive Vice President, Technology & Marketing

    Chris Colapietro

    As Executive Vice President of Technology & Marketing, Chris is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Technology Business Unit from solution development, delivery, recruiting and sales. Additionally, Chris is responsible for sales and marketing operations for all of HighPoint and oversees our newly formed Client Value Network Consortium.

    Prior to joining HighPoint, Chris held senior positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, and CSC. His academic credentials include a B.S. in Chemistry from Bates College and an M.S. in Materials Science from Penn State.

    Arnab Sikder

    As EVP and GM of European Operations, Arnab is responsible for expansion, strategy, and operations of the European market. Arnab has 15 years of deep industry experience in Life Sciences and is a recognized expert in pricing & contracting solutions. Prior to joining HighPoint, Arnab was a Principal with the Global Health Solutions group at CSC, serving across the areas of pricing & contracting, sales & marketing, and quality & compliance.     Tracy Burns

    As Executive Vice President of Delivery Excellence, Tracy is primarily responsible for the development and delivery of HighPoint’s services, solutions, and managed services.

    Tracy brings 20 years of pharmaceutical IT experience having worked in a variety of business system support roles across functional areas of commercial operations, manufacturing and supply chain, and administration (e.g. HR, finance, legal).

    Michael Zubey

    As Executive Vice President of Life Sciences Strategy, Michael is responsible for the overall development of the Life Sciences business unit in terms of competency development, client relations, and staff development. Additionally, Michael is responsible for the analytics strategy across all health industries. Prior to joining HighPoint, Michael held senior positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, IMS Health, and Unisys. His academic credentials include a B.S. in Accounting from Shippensburg University and a Master in Business Administration from Villanova University.

    Ruven Remo Eul

    With 10+ years of experience in local, regional, and global pharmaceutical roles, Ruven assists life sciences clients with PCMA matters as part of HighPoint’s European Life Sciences team. Ruven has a deep background in commercial excellence, with strong experience in commercial analytics and tendering — having worked with Model N, Revitas, and Veeva. Ruven also led and published the first major life sciences benchmarking study on tendering. Ruven holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Institute of Management Berlin.

    Ralph Lynn

    Ralph has over 10 years of experience implementing government pricing, managed care contracting, compliance, and rebate processing solutions for Alpharma, Novartis, Otsuka, and other pharmaceutical firms. His expertise includes system design and architecture, application development, and database design.

    Prior to joining HighPoint, Ralph was a Project Manager for Pfizer, where he led a team of consultants in designing and implementing a flexible rule-based government pricing system. He also worked as a Technical Lead and Software Engineer at Pitney Bowes. Ralph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bio Medical Computing from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

    Antonio Pregueiro

    Prior to HighPoint, Antonio spent his career doing both consulting and industry work. During this period he worked globally, gaining experience in the US, Europe, South America, Russia and the Middle East working across functions in analytics, marketing and operations spanning a broad range of therapeutic areas. Antonio was trained as a scientist, receiving a dual-honours BSc in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Sheffield in the UK. He conducted his doctoral research in the Molecular and Cell Biology graduate program at Dartmouth Medical School in the US, where he received his PhD.

    Jens-Olaf Vanggaard

    Mr. Vanggaard is a strong team player and a results-driven senior Life Sciences R&D consultant with 9+ years of experience within Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs implementing Clinical Data Warehouses, Meta Data Repositories, Clinical Trial Management Systems, Electronic Trial Master Files and helping more than 5 clients prepare for IDMP implementation. In addition, Mr. Vanggaard a member of the EU IDMP Task Force Referentials sub-group and is working closely with key colleagues to develop the HPS FRED IDMP solution for manual data collection and maintenance as well as an MDM-based IDMP accelerator leveraging one of the leading MDM and data management platforms on the market.

    Seth Warhaftig

    Seth Warhaftig brings to HighPoint more than 12 years of experience providing software solutions and services in the life science industry. He possesses a thorough knowledge of the drug development process, specifically in the areas of safety and pharmacovigilance, and clinical development and data management. His experience includes strategic planning, business process optimization, global regulatory compliance, custom system design and development, and system implementation and integration.

    Prior to joining HighPoint, Seth was the President and CEO of November Research Group, employed as a Safety and Clinical Solution Specialist for Oracle Corporation, the Executive Director of Worldwide Business Development for NetForce, Inc., and a Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP. Seth also held the positions of Director of Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Consulting Services for NetForce, leading a 20 person services group, and Oracle Clinical Development Manager for Oracle Corporation.

    Adam Mariano

    Currently Adam is a Vice President of Informatics at HighPoint, helping healthcare companies build better analytics, achieve insights and leverage data as an investment and asset. He brings an extensive clinical background and almost 20 years of IT experience in the data management space. Adam is also an attorney specializing in civil rights, immigration, and labor law and the founder of EPD, a minority-owned IT consulting firm.

    Ted Marsh

    Ted has 18 years of leadership experience in healthcare payer organizations. Ted joined HighPoint from Blue Cross Blue Shield Massachusetts, where he was Vice President and CTO. He was responsible for setting the technical strategy for BCBSMA, and strategic plans for business applications and technology.

    Prior to Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, Ted held several positions at both CIGNA and UnitedHealthcare, where he was engaged in the design and architecture of business technology solutions. Ted holds a BA in Business Administration from Post University.

    Chris McShanag

    Mr. McShanag is the Vice President of the Population Health practice at HighPoint. He is responsible for client engagements and satisfaction delivered to hospitals, physicians, and accountable care organizations, and the leadership and development of solution offerings and business partnerships. Mr. McShanag possesses extensive experience across Healthcare with information technology (IT), business strategic planning, program/project management, mergers and acquisition, outsourcing, implementation/integration, and best practice methodologies.

    Prior to HighPoint he founded chmGroup Global Consulting Solutions, an international healthcare management consulting company and was also a member of IBM Global Services in Asia Pacific, specializing in eBusiness strategy, around the Globe, conducting projects in Asia, Europe and the Americas. Upon transfer to the United States by IBM in 2000, Chris joined a privately held consulting firm and was part of the leadership team to successfully take it through an IPO and eventual sale. He has earned several industry certifications as well as experience speaking internationally on the business benefits and value proposition of technology enabled business strategy and provider impact from Healthcare reform.

Prior to joining HighPoint, Pam held senior management roles at leading IT consulting firms and was the CIO at Mid-America HealthNet.
