For life sciences companies, especially those in the emerging biopharma market, the complete technology implementation extends far beyond the technology itself. The ideal solution must often be tailored to your specific business processes — even off-the-shelf software requires expert data integration and ongoing support to ensure an initiative lives up to its highest potential.

At HighPoint, we take a holistic approach grounded in understanding data and data governance. Working to create scalable solutions with efficient, repeatable processes, our teams maximize the potential of available data to fuel collaboration within and beyond our clients’ organizations.

cloud solutions

Establishing data capacity with Azure or the AWS platform is only the first step of cloud infrastructure implementation.

HighPoint goes beyond this foundation to extend client capabilities in two ways: actively managing cloud systems, and creating tailored business solutions that fulfill long-term strategic needs.

What have we built for life sciences clients?

Mobile applications coordinating care between patients, physicians, and manufacturers for personalized therapies like CAR-T
A digital asset management (DAM) portal for enabling agency collaboration across creative and regulatory compliance, providing a single instance for all approved content for omni-channel consumption
Integrated technology platform for buy-and-bill therapies, enabling volume-based pricing, patient scheduling, and consumer-grade loyalty reward programs

All companies are looking for ways to transform their business leveraging digital technologies, and life sciences companies are no different.

HighPoint has created a “digital factory” to consolidate and optimize technology and operations of omni-channel marketing for clients undergoing digital transformation. Instead of starting with technology solutions, we build from strategy and customer experience first, with insightful analytics fueled by the right technologies.

With a complete solution in mind from the beginning, we help clients knock down silos and integrate multi-channel efforts for a unified customer experience. Data insights become directional and actionable, allowing our clients to lay the groundwork for bolder digital initiatives in the emerging biotech space.
