Healthcare reform is putting new levels of pressure on providers. Wouldn’t navigating the industry’s rapidly-shifting requirements be easier with an experienced partner at your side?

HighPoint’s consultants evolved inside the
healthcare industry.

We’ve personally surmounted the challenges facing providers. We have the proven acumen to help clients adopt new business models. And we bring decades of experience to every engagement — including best practices proven across a variety
of healthcare settings.

For many clients, our strategic, advisory, and IT-related work starts with population health management. Here, we support ACOs in a transition to value-based care.

HighPoint consultants also specialize in revenue cycle optimization — helping providers tackle the risk-based shift in reimbursement with time-tested best practices, plus metrics and data analytics support. Our MACRA Optimization program provides multiple entry points to help guide your approach to managing the risk of revenue disruption.
