Jenni has over 15 years of consulting experience focused within Life Sciences on business strategies and solutions to support Sales Force Automation, Field Sample Management, Customer Contact Centers, Customer Data Integration, Business Intelligence, Change Management and Incentive Compensation.
Working with key clients, including Astellas, Allergan, EMD Serono, Forest Labs, GE Healthcare, GSK, Jenni’s specific expertise includes: Solution/Practice Management, Business Development Support, MLR/CLM/CRM/PRM Strategy and Roadmap Execution and CRM/CLM Solution Deployment to support Enterprise CRM/CLM integration. Jenni holds a BS, in Industrial Management BSIM from Purdue University.

Bob has over 25 years of IT leadership experience, including 10+ years focused on designing, implementing and managing innovative Salesforce solutions for clients in regulated industries. A Salesforce-certified Advanced Administrator, Developer, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Analytics Cloud Consultant and Marketing Cloud Consultant, Bob has helped more than 100 organizations worldwide increase the return on their investment in the Salesforce platform and leverage it in powerful new ways.
Prior to joining HighPoint, Bob was a Solution Architect and director of the Salesforce practice at REI Systems, as well as a Lead Solutions Consultant with Salesforce. A graduate of Cornell University, he has held senior consulting, product management and IT management roles at Jobscience (a Salesforce ISV partner), BearingPoint, Iron Mountain, SkillSoft, Vignette Corporation and the United States Senate.
