    As Chief Financial Officer, Jim is responsible for all corporate operations, including finance, human resources, and legal affairs. Prior to joining HighPoint, Jim has held various senior level management positions within finance, sales operations, and IT organizations. During this time, he has been involved in multiple mergers, acquisitions & dispositions, an initial public offering, and implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements. He received a B.S. in Accounting from LaSalle University and is a Certified Public Accountant within the state of Pennsylvania.

    As Executive Vice President of Innovation, John is responsible for the overall coordination of our business and solution development. Prior to joining HighPoint, he served as the EVP and CTO at Alliance Consulting/Alliance Life Sciences Consulting Group where he oversaw the company’s transformation into a full-service consultancy. John has also previously held senior positions at PLATINUM Technology, Whittman-Hart, and Accenture’s FOUNDATION Software Organization. He received a B.S. from Duke University with a dual concentration in Computer Science and Economics.

    As Executive Vice President of Technology & Marketing, Chris is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Technology Business Unit from solution development, delivery, recruiting and sales.     Prior to HighPoint, Antonio spent his career doing both consulting and industry work. During this period he worked globally, gaining experience in the US, Europe, South America, Russia and the Middle East working across functions in analytics, marketing and operations spanning a broad range of therapeutic areas. Antonio was trained as a scientist, receiving a dual-honours BSc in Biochemistry and Genetics from the University of Sheffield in the UK.     Prior to joining HighPoint, Seth was the President and CEO of November Research Group, employed as a Safety and Clinical Solution Specialist for Oracle Corporation, the Executive Director of Worldwide Business Development for NetForce, Inc., and a Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP. Seth also held the positions of Director of Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Consulting Services for NetForce, leading a 20 person services group, and Oracle Clinical Development Manager for Oracle Corporation.

Upon transfer to the United States by IBM in 2000, Chris joined a privately held consulting firm and was part of the leadership team to successfully take it through an IPO and eventual sale.
