Santanu has been an independent consultant for over 15 years servicing a wide range of clients such as Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, Warner Brothers and Siemens. During this time he has managed a diverse set of platforms including Risk Management Systems, global hardware and software delivery and large scale SharePoint based Collaboration, ECM and Document Management systems.
Santanu has also been a business partner of HighPoint for the past 5 years. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, he was a Manager at PaineWebber (now UBS) and Moody’s Investors Service. Santanu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Joe Scarano, Sr. SharePoint Application Architect
Joseph has over 20 years of experience implementing web based solutions for both the financial and pharmaceutical industry. He spent the last 10 years building Collaboration solutions with a focus on Microsoft SharePoint. He oversees all of the development efforts at HighPoint. His extensive technical experience includes system design, architecture, application development, and database design.
Prior to joining HighPoint, Joseph was a Director of Technology Solutions at another consulting firm, where he led a team of developers in designing and implementing custom web solutions. Joseph attended CUNY (City University of New York) where he majored in computer science.
Marcy Kellar, Director
Marcy has over 10 years’ experience consulting Fortune 500 hundred companies designing usable and collaborative web-based systems. She has proven experience in leading, planning, managing and executing solutions and user interaction working across user centered design, user research, information architecture, interaction design, web content strategy, and usability testing for intranets, websites, web and mobile apps.
Prior to joining HighPoint, Marcy has focused primarily on delivering successful SharePoint solutions. Marcy is co-author of Beginning SharePoint Designer 2010 (Wrox, October 2010) and former professor at the Art Institute teaching user centered design courses, “Intro to User Centered Design” and “Usability Testing.”
Jack Adlevankin, Director
Jack has over 15 years of experience in web design and development, working primarily with enterprise content management systems. In his role at HighPoint as a senior SharePoint Architect he has delivered intranet solutions for many of HighPoint’s pharmaceutical clients. Jack’s UI designs were accepted by Otsuka’s headquarters to be the face of Otsuka America’s public web site, which is now live.
Prior to joining HighPoint, Jack was a Lead SharePoint Developer at Berkheimer OneSource, where he was brought in to establish a SharePoint infrastructure. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
