With over 25 years of technology and healthcare consulting experience, Pam is an expert in healthcare management, claim cycle management, and revenue cycle management. She is a member of the Managed Care Executive board with extensive subject matter experts in the commercial payer and provider markets. Prior to joining HighPoint, Pam held senior management roles at leading IT consulting firms and was the CIO at Mid-America HealthNet. Her academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Kansas and a BA in Computer Information Systems, graduating cum laude from Ottawa University. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

With over 30 years of healthcare knowledge and thought leadership combined with extensive operational, managerial, and clinical informatics experience, Maryalice is an expert in the managed care and health insurance industry and an accomplished Healthcare Executive/Consultant.

Maryalice is a trusted Advisor to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for Special Needs Plans. She has extensive experience in Redesign, Testing, and Implementation support for Utilization Management, Case Management, Grievance and Appeals modules to support regulatory and accreditation requirements. Maryalice holds a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree from University of Akron.

Jua’Nese provides strategic business alignment and extensive clinical, financial and consultative expertise to the HighPoint team. She is an expert in the Federal Programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, Program Integrity, Accountable Care, Meaningful Use, patient centered home medical predictive care models. Jua’Nese has successfully energized large teams to performance excellence and transformative change.

Prior to joining HighPoint, Jua’Nese was an Accountable Care/Healthcare Reform Consultant where she led program design activities in conjunction with ACO delivery systems to create collaborative care models. Jua’Nese holds a MBA from Kennedy – Western University and a BS from Columbia Pacific University.
